Showcase skills in front of decision makers (or their representatives)
Networking opportunities
Currently 4 on-field crews available. Each crew works 1 half.

Assigned to a crew
Participate in crew meetings
Attend and participate in classroom sessions
Listen to feedback during games
Meet clinicians, guests and other officials
If an on-field official cannot attend, for some reason, their replacement will come from the off-field list
One off-field crew member will be assigned as an alternate and work their crews portion of the game in that role.
